Welcome to FacePark ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our web application, available at https://facepark.net (including all subdomains such as https://en.facepark.net).
1. Information We Collect
To provide our AI-driven document and workspace automation features, we collect the following types of information:
- Google Account Information: When you sign in using Google OAuth, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture to create and manage your account.
- Google Workspace / Gmail Data (Dynamic Scope): If you explicitly link and authorize the Google / Gmail MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server, we access Gmail data (such as listing, reading, and sending emails) solely based on your explicit chat prompts.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure:
FacePark's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
2. How We Use Google User Data
We use your authorized Google and Gmail data strictly for the following purposes:
- To display recent emails or fetch specific email details inside the AI chat interface upon your direct requests.
- To compose and send emails via your linked Gmail account under your absolute, explicit command.
- No Storage of Mail Data: We do NOT store, cache, or keep your Gmail contents on our servers. All mail interactions are processed dynamically in real-time and vanish after your session ends.
- No Human Monitoring: Your email content is never viewed or monitored by any humans.
- No Ad Targeting: We never use your Gmail data for advertising, marketing, or profiling.
3. Data Transfer and Third-Party Sharing
We do not share, sell, or lease your Google user data to third parties. Your data is only transmitted securely to Google's official API servers to execute your commands. It is never used to train global AI models or shared with unverified external agents.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your basic account metadata (name, email) as long as your account is active. You can disconnect your Gmail MCP server at any time from the chat settings, which immediately revokes all access tokens and destroys the dynamic connection.
5. Your Rights and Choice
You have the right to access, update, or delete your account information at any time. You can manage your Google App permissions directly inside your Google Security Account Settings page by removing FacePark's access.
